1. Download contract for commercial or Download contract for residential
2. Fill out contract
3. Scan contract and Notice of Valuation from the county assessor and send to Mark at mchain@sopris.net or mail to:

4. Pay upfront fee – pay here or by check via the mail

WHAT’S NEXT

Once your property valuation is appealed, the county assessor will review the appeal and make a decision whether to change the value based on the appeal or deny the appeal. This decision (called a Notice of Determination) is usually sent out at the end of June. We will contact you in the first part of July to discuss the results.
